Insurance funds were used to remodel the homeowner's "Dream Home" for motorized wheelchair accessibility. The master bathroom and closet remodel allow bathing with an attendant, but gives independence at the sink. An upgraded front door entry area eliminated the step and is a useful covered area. A new sidewalk runs around the side of the house, where a sloping concrete deck gives access to the pool area from the rear patio doors. A generator was installed in the backyard, as well as a separate mini-cooling-system in the Master Bedroom.
